Thank you for booking your party with us, you are going to have a great time!!! To ensure the party runs smoothly we just have a few things to remember...
A minimum of 12 party guests (including the birthday child) for our Sunday parties is required.
A minimum of 8 party guests (including the birthday child) for Mon-Sat parties is required..
For our Sunday parties our guests have exclusive use of the studio.
During non party days the studio remains open to other customers.
You may arrive 5 minutes before your party starts to greet your guests, please do not arrive before this as we will be busy setting up your party room.
You may bring balloons for the table. For our value parties all rubbish must be taken home by party.
Please notify us of any special dietary requirments when confirming final numbers.
No food or drinks to be consumed by painters during the pottery painting, grease on fingers can repel the glazes.
All sweetie bags will be named and given to the party parents to hand out at the end of the party.
A non refundable deposit of £50 is taken on booking, your date and time will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Final confirmation of guest numbers and final payment in full is due 8 days before your party date. At this point your numbers are fixed, we cannot always accommodate extra guests on the day.
